I have both. I prefer Shilala beads. Set and forget beads. Also you have the customer service support of a great guy. We have traded countless pm's and phone calls just so I can get the beads perfect
 However, I have no complaints with Heartfelt. Spray 'em down every month or so and you are good to go.
