I don't fault an athlete going for a better deal or more money. I do what I do for the money and would jump ship if another place offered a better deal.
I wouldn't have a one hour special to rub my former employers noses in it though.
That's just a bad way to leave a place that was very good to you and gave you the run of the place.

Well thats just the thing.. He took less money to go to Miami.. So at least people cant say he did it for the money.. He lost about 15 million (110 totol) by going to Miami, rather then the 125 million he would have got by staying in cleveland

With that much money does it really matter? The state tax is alot better in Florida than it is in Ohio.

With the state tax difference and the fact that he makes more in endorsements than playing ball in the big picture it is not much at all.

The signed Mike Miller and the Big Z to unite with Lebron. They must be printing money in Miami.

Considering Florida has no state income tax, the loss is probably minimal.

I'll be interested to see how this works out as well as who will come off the bench as I don't know who's left.

Although I see Miami probably being top in the East, they still won't beat the Lakers for a while in a best of 7 series.

The Heat have agreed to play other teams 5 on 3.
