and I am reminded yet again why I primarily use that thar' "intrawebs" thang. The nannies try to strangle the tobacco users so they can make the huge revenues, and the people simply bypass their confiscatory taxation. I thought it was 75% instead of 70% here, but in either case, regrettable, for the culture, small business, and the individual here.
