When I click, it shows a 32GB 3GS for $199. (As well os others.)
My contract doesn't expire until 2/2011 (we signed up 2/2009), but my plan is $99/mo. Or at least was until they dropped prices.

Me neither. I am due for an upgrade 8/2010 but I cannot find any reference to the iPhone 4 upgrade when I search my AT&T account...

I searched too but not fearing as they announced it to the world on TV, in the news.
Not one newscast I saw on the intro of the new phone that did not state at the end that AT&T was allowing anyone up for an upgrade any time this year to buy this new one.
