Root Beer Floats!

I guess I am the only dissenter. We used to get these over the summers we
would spend in Minnesota or Wisconsin. We'd drive up from Louisiana and
discovered another world. But to me it's a waste of good ice cream.
MILK is the only liquid I ever use on IC. But as a kid, this was the treat du jour
over those long summers, so I drank and enjoyed it. But as an adult, I would
never make one of these. Separately, I love both.
