I was going to smoke a brisket for my mom today (it's one of her favorites and I smoke a pretty good brisket
 ) but I dropped by the grocery stores yesterday and none of them had one. single. brisket. I was pretty astounded. Anyway, told her I owed her one smoked brisket and she was fine with that, they were busy showing their house today anyway
