I used the rub tonight, it's fantastic! I want to try the sauce, but I didn't have that kind of time (cooked a tri-tip in ~1 hr, still slow enough to be plenty tender). I might adapt your rub recipe into a jerky recipe, I'll let ya know how it turns out.
