That I pay $323.82 every year so the local public school can have a police force of its own in a town with 7 other local LEA's (Texas is kind stupid) and that that police force readily admits 80% of its enforcement activities are stopping kids aged 16-18 who are ditching or truant but meanwhile they have FOUR K9 teams that in 10 years have NEVER found anything.
