Good luck. Hurtin' teeth is nasty business. Hope you feel better soon. As my proctologist once told me, "when I'm done with you, all your problems will be behind you." Hope it's the same with your teeth.
If you have a tooth pulled, I'd stay away from smokes and booze for a couple of weeks for sure. The last thing you want is a dry socket. At least, this is what my dentist told me when he pulled a molar (that had a root canal and a beautiful gold crown job done on it 15 years before) a few months ago. I searched on the net for dry socket and it convinced me to give the healing thing a bit more time. Sounds like real a really bad deal if you loose the clot. WyoBob |
