I think I'll give your recipe a try the next time we have pork chops. My wife's kinda picky about cheese (doesn't like bleu cheese, if you can believe that), which is why I was wondering if you ever tried making the chops with feta.

Haven't tried it with feta. It would probably be good. Give it a whirl with the gorg though. It really melds with the other flavors beautifully even if you're not to big on the cheese by itself the combo is awesome. And yeah, my fiance is from CT. I gain 5lbs every time I go up north
