You might want to salt-test them again. That's 3 months give or take -- which is about the half-life of he battery on the digital one. As the batteries age the hygro's accuracy alter's.
If the hygro's are accurate then as I said before I would add more humidification (pucks, beads, or whatever your preference is... although I am somewhat biased )

I really don't think it is the humidification device. If this thing is full of cigars, the moisture in the cigars and the humidification should bring it right back to normal very quickly, unless your cigars are all dry. If the hygrometers are accurate, the only thing it could be is the seal. Try the flashlight test instead of the dollar bill test.
