It is an honor and most humbling to be chosen to continue the wonderful work of Fred and those who preceded him.

Fred, thank you for all you have done for the troops! May God richly Bless You and yours as you turn to another chapter in your magnanimous life!

Gentlemen and Ladies: I pray that I will be able to continue Fred's work in a manner that makes him- and you- proud.
