These are both probably pipe-dreams at this point but the original Cuban Diplomat (Cigar King/Phatash) and the Rey Miguel (Black Cat Cigars) used Ecuadorian CT wrappers and Nicaraguan binder and filler. Both were Pepin creations but, unfortunately, neither are made any more. The Rey Miguel is one blend that I am truly sorry I missed out on.
