Unless she's a female bodybuilder, and I've never seen a 270+ lbs female bodybuilder, it's never healthy to be that weight as a female.
Even for guys that's too much weight unless you're like 6'7"+ and it's muscle Not to discredit her lifts, those are impressive, but she's going to have serious long term health issues. Just my , though my wife says I'm too harsh on people's weight
