Being in 9th place I would think just getting to 6th by the end of the season would be a solid goal and possibe. Your odds of catching the Yotes or Kings in my opinion are pretty slim. They have been playing better hockey all year. They are healthy and I would take either of their goaltenders. 5th if one of them implodes and the wings get red hot. 4th I would be willing to place a bet on that not happening.

Just worry about the Wings possibly playing the Sharks

Although I realistically believe the Wings will be in the 6th seed.
