Earbuds for iPod/iPhone/MP3 player choice?

Did a little googling - looks like you buy the Etyomics er-6 for around $102, then get custom fit enclosures from your audiologist, which I figure would be around what I paid for my earplugs. Altogether you'd probably run $250, which is more than what I thought they were. Here's an article, for what it's worth.
