Stogies, the LCDH, Whisky Cafe, Queue de Cheval (fantastic steakhouse btw) , Rib 'n Reef (never been) plus a few more other places all have cigar lounges.
FWIW, my favourite one to just hang out in for the afternoon is Stogies.
Wow! Really? I had no idea.... I visited about two years ago right when I was getting into cigars. Queue de Cheval is great! Rib n' reef wasn't all that great.

There used to be a cigar store in Old Montreal named Henri Poupard Tobacconist. I don't know if it is still there but that's where I bought my first box of MC's
