Hard for me to say exactly. When you sync your device to iTunes, it backs up your data and you should be able at any time to restore your device from that backup. However, it sounds like your iTunes library is now rebuilt, so likely that means your app backups are gone too. In that case, I assume you'll be glad you emailed your inventory to yourself

I wish I had a better answer, but I'm guessing you'll know soon enough.

Won't it automatically back up his App from his device once he connects to iTunes again?

I have been waiting to sync just because I'm scared of the result. Oh, well.

Email yourself the inventory out of the app. At least you can load them back in without opening the humi. Hopefully you won't need to, but at least you have a copy.

I actually did this last week, just on a lark. So, it's up to date (minus 2 sticks . . . and maybe a box of VSG's -- can't remember if they were loaded yet).


Actually, I found out that I installed 7 incorrectly, and I found my entire old itunes database. I'm not sure if there is anything there I can use, but it's there just in case.
