If you want to "splurge" for another buck or so you can get one of those fruit and yogurt parfaits with your lunch.

Yep. But I'm always forced to grab a slice of pizza on the way out as well. May be one of the reasons why I'm fat.

Thats a big grab, those slices are huge.

Places like Costco are the real beneficiaries of times like this. We all seem to be more attuned to frugality.
