I know this thread kind of petered out, but I wanted to update.
Finally landed a job! ![]() I went outside my comfort zone and skills and got into a warehouse job. Not anywhere near what I have done in the past, but, it looks the same on the resume and it closes the gap. Perserverance pays off.

This link isn't to help you find a job, but a good way to spend spare time. When you're unemployed, there seems to be plenty of that. I *hated* sitting at home just waiting. Some of these things can lead to networking opportunities as well, and provide resume eye candy too. Not to mention, you're able to help some people out. p.s. congrats on the job! |
