Stupid Sinuses

I have a nasal rinse device that is a bottle with a small bellows on it . My allergies are now mild at most compared to what they used to be . I use it in the shower so no worries about a mess .

I've never heard of this! It sounds a little gross but it sounds like it's worth trying.
