Something ive learned with running 64bit OS's, programs that arent specifically 64bit versions or whatever, install to a generic folder on your C drive. In my case, i even had issues with Adobe CS4 and had to install it into an adobe folder on my root. Works better and also runs a bit faster as the generic folders arent search indexed unless you specifically tell it to, all of hte program files folders are indexed by default however.
