I have found the cigars international samplers to be very good as well. I think I bought around 3 of them and they introduced me to a wide range of brands and tastes.

I did not notice your "individual stix" note (singles) - Taboo is probably the best source for Singles. They have them priced fairly and also provide excellent service.

CI and Famous have just about everything. JR cigars is super cheap and has a big selection but they mostly carry Altadis brands, which means no Padron, DPG, Tatuaje, etc...
