Default Vinotemp Hygrometer Placement

Now that my vino has Chasden trays with glass tops I'm assuming the best placement for the Hygrometers are inside the trays for an accurate reading, as opposed to out on the shelves...is this true?

Inside the trays will tell you the humidity your cigars are at....and if they are all in the trays then this sounds like the best plan.

I would say in the trays since you are using the glass tops. But that means now you have 6 hygros to maintain.

I would put them in either the trays or a box. The wood holds humidity best and it's best to measure humidity of the most stable source, i.e. the boxes and not ambient humidity.
