Looks great Steve! I've always wanted to make my own sausage.
Go for it, it's a lot of fun (and so much tastier than the brown 'n serve stuff). My wife and I got a Kitchen Aid stand mixer as a wedding present, so we bought the grinder/stuffer attachment. It's fine for small batches. We've done up to 10 lbs. Posted via Mobile Device
