Had a RASCC with a 60-Min IPA yesterday. Great combo, but I have yet to find anything that DOESN'T go with the 60-Min. And I mean ANYTHING.

I had the good fortune of visiting the DFH Brewery a few months ago. Got pictures around somewhere that I can post. First time I had their Palo Santo Marron, Burton Baton & Pangaea. Great stuff! I picked up a big bottle of Theobroma last weekend, should be an interesting brew: http://www.dogfish.com/brews-spirits.../theobroma.htm

![]() ![]() A Hobgoblin Dark English Ale & an Illusione Epernay Le Grande. Not a bad combination, but the leathery/woody Epernay could have benefitted from something sweeter--maybe a stout or barleywine. And what's with the 11.2 oz beer? I got gypped out of 0.8 oz!

Here's my pairing from the weekend: a CAO Black while cooking up my world famous turkey bone gumbo!
![]() Which quickly turned into this pairing: ![]() Cigar & beer were good, but the gumbo was fantastic (if I do say so myself!)
