When will teams learn that if the Bears have to fire the guy, they suck really bad.

Ralph Wilson, won't pay a coach big bucks so I would not expect any dramatic changes?

Unfortunately, I agree. The Bills don't get better until there's an ownership change, I fear. The team has no direction. No action plan. Everything they do is haphazard and thrown together.

I'm thinking they will continue to suck for the foreseeable future.
