I'm ashamed to mention I like Red Robin burgers... I got on a Red Robin kick because it's totally kid-friendly and I take my boy. After a few meals there I'm converted.

Some great calls in here.
Barneys and In & Out are my go to places, though I've been laying off the burgers lately. The best burger I've ever had was from Izzy's Steak and Chophouse in SF. I don't know why I was ordering the burger at an awesome steak place. It just sounded good at the time. It was really fricking good and I'd order it again. Tasted like it was made from ground filet mignon. I'll need to try out Big Burger in Concord. |

I think that the best burger in my area is from a Bar called Dillinger's. The Scarface is the best. Burger, mozz sticks, onion rings and BBQ sauce on a roasted bun.

Here in NYC Jackson Hole is pretty good, but my favorite is the Beer Bar Bountiful Burger from the Beer Bar - 200 Park Ave, New York 10166
At 45th St & Vanderbilt Ave I wish I found a place that makes this though.... http://aht.seriouseats.com/archives/...s-its-bun.html ![]()

The best place in Dallas, TX if you're ever here is the Angry Dog.
http://www.angrydog.com/ For national chains, I prefer Fuddrucker's and Red Robin. The Royal Red Robin goes great with a hangover! |

Lee's Hamburgers (New Orleans area) - because they grind their hamburger meat fresh throughout the day.
New Orleans Hamburgers & Seafood There used to be a place just down the road from NASA in Houston called the Jalapeno Tree. Their speciality was placing a jalapeno and cheese in the middle of the hamburger patty.
