Especially for a product that is borderline. They may be made in Canada, but if they do in fact use Cuban tobacco, then that would violate the Trading with the Enemy act.

I am guessing that their cigars contain just a little more Cuban tobacco than Marlon Brando's heart contains a heartbeat. Think Pinars.
