Homebrewers - Whats in the fermenter?

Cider is essentially done all fermented. Took a sample or two or three

and it basically tastes like white wine to me anyway. Any suggestions on how to sweeten it? or If I should?

You planning on natural carbonation? If not, kill off the yeast and add some apple juice concentrate to sweeten it slightly.
