This was the first unit that I bought. Sorry to say that I returned it the next day due to temperature problems. The guy told me that it went from a certain range (I forget now) in temperature which ended up being false. Check this site out, they have some good prices:
http://www.air-n-water.com/wine-cellar.htm I bought the 28 bottle New Air and it works great. They usually have monthly sales if you sign up for their newsletter. |

You need to make sure you are getting a thermoelectric. The Walmart one, I am pretty sure is a compressor type which will dry your cigars out. The other one on Craigs list, you will want to make sure if it is thermo electric or not. Most of us don't care about the curved shelves because we replace them with Spanish cedar shelves, which a number of BOTL's on the site here can make for you if you are not so inclined.

![]() ![]() If at all possible get a thermoelectric cooler, not a compressor-driven one. The compressor units are much harder to regulate RH in. That walmart unit didn't say which type it was which would lead me to believe it is compressor driven. |
