Default Joya de Nicaragua Fuerte

Joya de Nicaragua Fuerte
Corona Gorda 5x 46
Down time: 1 month
Price Reg, 49.99 / 20 ( on sale @ CI for 39.95 )

I don’t usually write reviews but since some questions have been asked about this one, And I’m always looking for a decent budget smoke I figured I’d try.
The smoke is just a tad to the right of Medium, Dark wrapper ( supposedly the same as the Antano line )
Complexity .. None
Spice … None
A tad on the harsh side, A decent full tobacco flavor
Not a Bad smoke, Not a good smoke … A smoke with a potent tobacco taste.
Nuthin more, Nuthin less.
A JDN Antano it most certainly is NOT.
Dollar for Dollar I’ll stick with the JR Alt. EL for a cheap potent smoke.
Would I pay full price of $49.95 for a bundle of these JDNF’s ??? Nope …Not even Me.
And as ya’all know …. I’ll smoke a tree branch if it tastes good
No pic's cause I still cant find my camera...

Hmmm, having one right now and I really like these things. Sure, it's not as good as the Antano, which is one of my regular smokes, but for the money I find these a treat.

Smoked one last night. Enjoyable smoke that will mellow with a few months age. Doesnt have the kick of the Antano, but a good value stick.

It's a nice smoke. I agree, it doesn't have the kick of the Antano.

Thanks for the review there, pardner. I was one of those curious about these, although they really do not interest me. As with you, I have others I know I like - why try other "bargains" that may not be that at all.

At $39. a bundle these are ok ... I just don't think they are worth $49.
I'll stick with the JR Alt EL at $35. a bundle.
