Dealing with Smoking Nazis

When someone mentions my cigar smoke to me, I have two stock responses:

If they say "That smells good" I reply "Want one?"

If they say "That stinks" I reply "So do your manners."

This seems to work.

On a further note, you get the health nuts that say "Don't you know that's bad for your health?" To them I say "Sticking your nose in someone else's business is also." That normally shuts their yaps, quick.
