But on topic, I know what you mean about reviewers kinda missing the mark. My town received some writeups in a few small travel guides about having a wonderfully designed downtown area, lots of cute shops and bakeries and eateries and such, small warehouses converted to apartments, perfect for people who want to work, live and shop in a small area without using a vehicle, blah blah blah, (and all that's true, including the blah blah) ..... oh ..... and being a very "Green Friendly" kind of place.

*ahem*

Ever hear of Eastman Kodak, now known as Eastman Chemical ? You know, this HUGE chemical factory that occupies more acreage than two or three downtowns and spews funky smells for miles around? Yeah, very "Green".
