Not true-you get activity points for exercising and you can eat more as a result. You probably won't get big by any means, but it'll allow you to tone up and add a little muscle.

True, but I don't think that the activity points equal out to the gains that should be made in the gym. I think the activity points are geared more toward cardio and walking/running.
With that said, it's very hard no matter what you use to gain muscle and lose fat.

I'm not knocking WW at all, as it has been very beneficial to me in the past. It's just not what I need at this point in my life. I would recommend WW to anyone who is thinking about using it.
