Default DPG Blue Generoso

Got this stick in a bomb from McSmokey.

Humidor time: 2 days

Prelight: The wrapper looks flawless, minimal veins. Prelight draw is moderate, tasting of leather and cedar.

Burn: The burn was decent. Ash was nice and solid. Draw was moderate. The burn time was about 70 minutes.

Flavor: This smoke started off with the trademark DPG spice blast, then mellowed. Flavor was a bit darker than the Black Label, more leather, coffee, and chocolate, but still that nice creamy cedar with a spice finish.

Summary: Another winner from DPG. I smoked this right down to the nub and wanted more.

I don't like the new blues....I have both the old (old label) and the new in my humi and the new ones have a different looking wrapper. The old labels have a darker, more oily wrapper. In any case, don't know if it's age or fermenting but the stick doesn't do anything for me.
