CI has always been good to me, but I can't say that JR, Famous, et. al. have been bad either.
Only one vendor that I've had major problems with, so I just won't deal with them. I won't say their name, but it rhymes with a machine gun preferred by gangsters in the 1920's. |

They said they'd prorate it. They have decent deals on samplers but other than that...I like CI a lot. I've found most of purchases lately being from Famous Smoke Shop via Cigarmonster though. I always get incredible deals there. I'm gonna have to check out Silo. Ever since going to online retailers it's hard for me to buy from my local B&M. As a B&M owner I can tell you that selling below msrp still does not make me competetive with onling retailers that don't have to worry about taxes. I do my best to have the best prices around but that is all I can do. We only have a 10% tobacco tax here in MO but in some states its 70+ percent. B&Ms in those states have no chance at all.
