I don't recognize more than half of those places, upe here in the great white north (and I mean white 5" overnight) Burger Factory is my favorite in Winnipeg, Mr. Mike's up in Dawson Creek B.C. is the all time favorite.
Man this thread is making me hungry.

Here's one I can't believe I missed:

Batbes restaurant. It's located on 21 East 36th St at madison Ave in NYC. They have a an amazing kobe beef cheeseburger.
