Best compact car for a tall guy

Thanks for all the info guys. I have a list of cars to "sit in" before I make a decision.

Major, I'm 6'10" and the best compact car for the money with plenty of head & leg room is the "Honda Element". Not the best looking car, but a great buy!

Over 6'3 and I fit in my 5 series BMW just fine...that is about as small as I would go.
