Yes. I know what he meant. But there is a huge difference between a rep and an owner. I just thought folks would like to know that when you talk with Marc, you're talking to the top.

On that same note...I had an issue with my Palio cutter right after I bought it and I PM'ed Mark and he "squared it away fast and serious". Nice to know an owner of a company really cares about customer service!

On the Asylum we are very blessed to have business owners like Rob (Taboo), Mark (Cigarmony), Marc (Palio), and Dave (Heartfelt Industries) who really care about customer service and put it above all else. My hat is off to those guys, they really do great things for us.
