Feeling at Home
|
Went at 11:00 this morning - there were three electronic booths and about 8 paper booths, and I was second in line for the electronic and the paper booths were empty. Somehow I feel better about voting electronically than on paper, although I'm sure some feel the opposite.
It feels good! There will certainly be record turnout this year. |

Got there at 6:15 am and the line was about 200 deep. I was home drinking coffee by 7:30.

Done....5 minutes in and out, went with the paper ballot rather than waiting 45 minutes for the new machines.

Voted at lunch. I was pleasantly surprised how short the lines were.

done, small town, no line. I took my 3 year old daughter, told the poll workers she was registered by ACORN. The Republican worker laughed, the Dem. (who is actually a friend of mine) didn't. I thought it was funny anyhow.
