Glad to see I am not alone here.
I recently freaked out over this, just after an order was placed. That site is now available to me again but three from a certain country are now not available. Heck if I am calling AT&T to inquire.

Depending on who your carrier is, they may be blocking certain things. I have multiple carriers at work and home, so I haven't seen this issue yet.
