IL's smoking ban was started recently, right? I was in Chicago for St Patty's Day in 2007 and remember being able to smoke almost anywhere.

I still remember the Punch Ninfa that was my final "legal" cigar...heck, I went fifteen minutes into "illegal" time with it!
