Get it alive from nuisance trappers for $20 for a 200 lb animal, then go here: http://baygourmet.tripod.com/pig.html I ate nothing but that kind of pork all the time I lived in Florida. Yum, yum. And get an extra one for me too please.
 Skin the pig, don't bother with the hot water dip, it just doesn't help with wild hogs.
