Kicking around a possible book idea

Well I got shot down. Because the homes are on a section of the park that is not accesible to the public they wouldn't sign off on it. He said he could sneak me in, but I couldn't publish any of them.

Sorry to hear it. Is it a safety concern or what is the official reason for not allowing access?
