I just attacked him over 40 times and he is still not dead. I still have 30 something for stamina to attack him with and health as well.

So either he built up his health or he is online paying for his health to regenerate.

Okay... I have just leveled up during kicking that dude's butt. I went through 65 stamina and he still lives. I am back at 70 with full health. I will continue to go after him. If he doesn't kick the bucket, something's up.
