Default Does anyone remember those Altadis samplers?

That were offered awhile back through the website?

I'm just wondering when it was, since I just got mine lol.

Now I have Fox and Hound, Wild Cherry, and Blue Note to go along with my Night Cap some year they'll get smoked I hope.

Just a boredom post - Kegan

I ordered one back in January (R&J cigar sampler) and then ordered it again in early April. Never got either one.

Thanks guys...are these blends any good, in your opinions?

They smelled decent enough flavor-wise, although I can honestly say, I think that the F & H smelled like beef jerky to me.

I received a white envelope last week with a return address on it that I didn't recognize. When I opened it, there were three small pouches of pipe tobacco inside. I totally forgot about ordering these...

On the other hand, I received my RyJ and Macanudo 1968 samplers about 6 -8 weeks after placing and paying for the orders...

Now I have to dig out my old pipes and paraphenalia.....

Lol from Dreamcastle, something something Virginia, right?

I was expecting a CD. Kind of bummed until I opened it up.

Long as it took, I'm just glad it was free

I got this same sampler a few months ago. The Fox and Hound was decent, however the Wild Cherry and BlueNote were a huge dissappointment.
Both had a strong chemical taste. I must warn you not to ingest an carbonate drink during or after smoking the Wild Cherry it imparts pain upon the tongue. I was extremely thankful they were free as I deposited both in the trash. BTW how was the visit to Shriners. Hope all went well for you. I'm still in total remission as of this date.

Kindest Reguards

I've actually heard of people getting multiple samples sent to them once per year. Maybe once you're on that list you may get them sent out every once in a while.

I ordered a sampler about 2 years ago and it came with 22 of the 1.5 oz packages, all of them different blends. I don't smoke my pipe that often to this is a lifetime supply of pipe tobacco for me. I really liked the night cap.
