Props to the Pens. They look REALLY good right now....
Congratulations to the Penguins. They look like a machine right now.

'Canes had a good season... can't complain much. All but four teams were all sitting home watching, so that is something to be proud of, I suppose.

Hope the Hawks can muster some offense against the Wings.

Wings/Hawks game 5 tonight. Well both teams are without key players. This is where the Wings depth will come in handy.

Hopefully we can polish off the Hawks tonight for some much needed rest to get healthy. Wish we knew the severity if Lindstrom's injury. But just the fact that he is not playing says a lot.

Congrats on a great 'Canes season, Joe. They seemed to be able to find a way all season, I just think Malkin and Crosby are leading a juggernaut right now.

Lidstrom not playing means he is hurt, 'cause Nik just doesn't miss games.

Missing Havlat hurts the Hawks chances, but Khabibulin is the key. I think the Hawks will put forth a much better effort than they did Sunday, but if Huet lets in a couple soft goals, that might deflate the kids faster than a 80 year old after the Viagra wears off. I would love to see the Hawks win one more for pride, but I know the Wings are deeper, smarter, just more experienced. Regardless, I am really proud of what the Hawks have accomplished this year, and think they will be even better next year if they get a goalie who can compete after Nikolai leaves.

That being said:

Go Hawks!
