Saturday- 8 hours of tilling and shrub moving Sunday- 4 hours or weeding and raking Monday- 12 hours of whinning about how everything hurt. Tuesday- Still *****ing Moral of the story less time on the couch and more doing anything else. We all get there add two kids, wife, dog, fulltime job, and a house. By the time you gaet a chance to work out it is time to go to bed. Try walking for 20 minutes in the morning , noon, and before you go to bed. It's working for me, and the no beer during the week helps the waistline. Just not my mood... ![]() |
