That is the Outcast for sure. I remember when it first opened and it was only half the size it is now,,no lounge and just the half humidor they have now. Good to see they are so successful as they used to have another Outlaw in Overland Park, Ks years ago on Metcalf by 435. Not sure if it is still there but it didn't hold a candle to the one north of the river which is the one we're talking about. I have two children there so I get to visit everytime I go there.
